KOMPAS

The aim of the project KOMPAS is to raise the level of education among professionals, primarily in small and medium-sized maritime companies in the Capital Region of Denmark.
The project will provide an overview of the various possibilities for continuing education to support business decisions on upskilling. In addition, KOMPAS offers free competency plans for the companies and training guidance for employees. The project primarily targets technical academy and diploma programs, which can be completed on a part-time basis, which permits continuation of employment.
As a part of the KOMPAS project, the partners involved will develop and adapt a number of programs to ensure that they address the maritime sector's competence needs.
